Poem #09
It is a dangerous thing to have reached the stars
Be it even more so at such a young age
For what good to you now is the world below
When you know that the heavens are within your grasp
Why dally amongst the motives and moralities of those still tied down
Why toil and labor amidst every step
To sweat and bleed for anything else now seem as wrong doings
What drives my desire when the highest has already been sated
I am left with a choice
Damnation or resurrection
My views may drag me to the depths below
Or become the very craft which saves my life
Do not go so hearty as I have
To make the same mistakes as those which came before
Transform into such a thing that does not wish to solely ascend
But to bring this weary world into heaven with you
